The vendor fee, which must be paid by the end of the week (Sunday, November 2nd 2025) is non-refundable. Failure to make this payment will result in your spot being allocated to another vendor. This fee covers essential event costs and, if you cannot attend, will be considered a donation to Galas LGBTQ+ Armenian Society.
Vendors are required to be present for set-up, the event, and clean-up on November 29th, 2025, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
