Queer Armenian Clay Night

WORKSHOP | $15 | ALL AGES | Join us for a queer Armenian community clay night hosted by and . This is a workshop to meet and connect with other queer Armenians while playing with clay in a playful low stakes learning environment grounded in exploration and letting go of expectations.Sooki StudioGALAS LGBTQ+ Armenian Society

Participants will learn fundamental techniques in ceramics and are welcome to make anything they'd like such as sculptural & abstract forms or nothing at all. No experience is necessary, this workshop will be suited to those who are curious in working with clay for the first time and those with various levels of experience who would like to create in a communal space.

All materials are included and participants can build as many pieces as they'd like. We will be working with air dry clay and all pieces can be taken home at the end of the workshop.

Her ceramics are a vehicle to both connect with her ancestors and create good quality goods for her community.
