About the Event
Join GALAS LGBTQ+ Armenian Society for a self-defense workshop this weekend.
The workshop is made possible by CA Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian and his team. It will be taught by Jean Morrison at @findyouwithin and co-sponsored by Strength United, a non-profit that works to end abuse, empower families and develop future leaders.
We will learn self-defense tips, see demonstrations, and practice. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that allow lots of movement.
All bodies and abilities are welcome!
