We’re thrilled you’re considering joining us as a vendor for the Galas LGBTQ+ Armenian Society's fifth Queernissage, an open-air pop-up market featuring LGBTQ+ creatives from Southwest Asian & North African (SWANA) communities. Last year, we had over 500 attendees who shopped, ate, and had a fantastic time.

Time: 9:00 a.m. Set-up. 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Event hours. 6:00 p.m. Cleanup complete
Location: Sooki Studio, 2971 Allesandro St, Los Angeles, CA 90039
VENDOR FEE
$50 non-refundable for 4’ table space
$75 non-refundable for 6’ table space (can be shared)
$100 non-refundable for 10’ x 10’ canopy space (can be shared)
Please note: You'll need to bring your own table that fits your chosen space. Traveling from out of town? A very limited number of tables are available by request.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Individual Applications: Each applicant must submit their own application form. All vendors participating in the event must be officially accepted.
Shared Tables: If you plan to share a table, please indicate your table partner’s name in your application. Each application should reflect the full scope of your shared setup.
Products Listed: Only the products, artwork, or services listed in your application will be permitted at the market.
Vendor Presence: All accepted vendors must be present in person during the event.
Space & Priority: While we strive to accommodate as many applicants as possible, space is limited. Priority consideration will be given to LGBTQ+ SWANA individuals.

Diverse Creators Welcome: We invite craftspeople, designers, culinary artists, visual artists, makers, and more to join us. Whether you’re a professional or a hobbyist, this is a space to showcase your work and connect with community.
Family-Friendly & Inclusive: Queernissage is a family-friendly event designed to welcome all ages. Vendors should keep this in mind when curating their offerings and displays, ensuring the market remains a safe, positive, and accessible space for everyone.
Community & Visibility: Queernissage celebrates and amplifies the creative brilliance of the LGBTQ+ SWANA community. By participating, you not only share your work but also contribute to fostering a supportive and joyful environment.
What’s Provided: We’ll have umbrellas, chairs, access to electricity, Wi-Fi, restrooms, and security to support your vendor experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Setup: Begins at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
Clean-Up: Participants are responsible for cleaning up their area and leaving it in the state they found it.
Assistance: A board member will be available to help answer questions, flesh out ideas, and figure out logistics as you apply.
